I recently had a client where we have placed roughly 10% of their team be mentioned as one of the top 50 fintech firms in the world by a prestigious publication. As a recruiter, it’s tough to see the fruits of your labor at times. A Product Manager or Developer can actually see, on the screen the software they build. It’s tough for me to see the people I help further their careers actually work! I cant watch them at their desk or sit in meetings to hear them express their ideas. It’s always so cool to watch a firm grow and prosper, so it’s really gratifying for me to have helped, just a tiny bit, find top talent for a firm that is doing so well. Well done guys!
